Shopping with Grand Illusions
You can order products displayed on this website (1) by telephoning
Grand Illusions (2) by faxing or posting to us a completed copy of
the Grand Illusions order form or (3) on-line.
If you have placed your order on-line, we will shortly afterwards
send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. The
email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have
a record of your order details. An email order confirmation does not
necessarily mean that we will be able to meet the requirements of
your order.
Prices
Our prices are shown on our website, and include VAT at 17.5%. Non-EU
customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective
countries and VAT will be deducted from your order.
Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these costs will be - please
consult your local customs office for more information.
We try to make sure that the prices on our website are accurate but
errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the goods
in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact
details you supply us and give you the option of reconfirming your
order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to
reach you we will treat the order as cancelled). In the event of an
order being cancelled, any payment made for the goods will be refunded
in full.
All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply
a particular item which you have ordered or if the correct price for
an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify
you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens,
you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you
have paid.
You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you
submit your credit card details. Post and packing for UK mainland
addresses is £5.95 per order. In most cases, we use Business
Post, an overnight courier service for delivery. Unless previously
advised, a signature will be required upon receipt of the parcel(s).
Payment
You can pay on-line with any of the following credit/debit cards:
Visa or MasterCard credit card or by Switch, Solo or Delta debit card.
To ensure that shopping on-line is secure, your credit/debit details will
be encrypted to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read
your details as they are sent to us over the Internet.
When paying online we pre-authorise your card but payment is not taken
until your goods are delivered.
Your account statement will show "Clickedyclick" as the payee.
Clickedyclick are the facilitators through which payments are handled
and settled with Grand Illusions.
Orders placed by fax or phone and not paid for by credit or debit card
will only be processed once payment has been received and cleared.
Delivery
Subject to stock availability, we aim to deliver your order within
within 5 to 10 working days subject to stock availability.
We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our
website but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late
delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time
which we quote for that item please contact Grand Illusions by telephone

quoting your order reference number. We will try and ensure that you
receive your order as quickly as possible, or, if you wish you may
cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have
paid.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Returns
We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there
may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We
aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not
affect your statutory rights.
Unwanted Goods
You may cancel your order for any reason at any time up to and including
7 days from the date of delivery of your order provided you have taken
reasonable care of the products. We will require you to pay for the
return postage of the goods. Please contact Grand Illusions on t:
01747 858300 and inform them of your wish to return the goods and
we will allocate you a Returns Code (which you should to include with
the package to ensure we process your return as efficiently as possible).
You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us.
For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method
which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First
Class (Recorded Delivery).
Our responsibility
We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use
or the inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorised
access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances
which are beyond our control.
We will not be responsible for your loss of profits, wasted expenditure,
corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not
directly result from something we have done wrong.
You will be responsible if you use this website in breach of these
terms of use and using this web site you agree to reimburse us for
any loss that you cause us as a result of any such misuse.
We make no promise that our website will be uninterrupted or entirely
error free. Because of the nature of the Internet, the shopping online
service is provided on an "as is" and "as available"
basis. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our
Internet services for any reason beyond our control.
We will use the information which you provide and the records of
items you buy to constantly monitor and improve our service and for
marketing purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
No data provided on the site by you is supplied to third
parties in anyway.
Our website contains links to other websites which are not under
the control of and are not maintained by us. These links are provided
for your convenience only and we are not responsible for the content
of those sites. General
We may change or withdraw any part of our website, or may refuse
you access to the website at any time if we consider it necessary.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any
disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts
of England and Wales.
