Important Terms and Conditions for Trade Customers
You must have a unique log-in to use the new Trade site.
Our minimum first order is GBP300. There will be a carriage charge of £15.00 for orders less than GBP450 net for UK mainland deliveries – Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland & Ireland different charges apply. If your order contains bulky or fragile goods (ie. Lots of glassware, furniture, flowers) we reserve the right to send these items by pallet for which we ask for a contribution of GBP25.00
Normal delivery period is between two and four weeks depending on the time of year. Please note any items starting with the prefix A, K, L or P are specifically ordered into the UK for you so slightly longer delivery times may occur and once ordered and confirmed cannot be changed.
